Now we’re looking to expand our creative team by employing an experienced Character Animation Designer who enjoys outstanding storytelling, design, and character animation. This role offers a special chance to bring characters to life and develop into a key creative for our diverse clientele for producing eye-catching visuals.

Job Responsivilities:

• Create dynamic and expressive characters that align with project themes, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
• Design and animate characters for videos, advertisements, games, and digital media using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with writers and art directors to develop storyboards and conceptualize movement sequences that bring narratives to life.
• Work closely with the creative team, including illustrators, 3D artists, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of animations into projects.
• Stay updated on the latest animation trends and techniques to continually push creative boundaries.
• Ensure that all animations are polished, fluid, and meet the project’s technical requirements and deadlines.

Skill & Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in character animation design or a related role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing character animation projects.
• Proficiency in animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, Maya, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of rigging, motion design, and character dynamics.
• Exceptional storytelling skills through animation.
• Ability to design characters from concept sketches to final animations.
• Experience in creating engaging character movements and expressions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 3D animation and modeling.
• Familiarity with game design pipelines or VR/AR animation.
• Knowledge of video editing and sound design.
