To enhance our client experience, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager or Customer Relationship Manager who will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and addressing any issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Identify opportunities to upsell services and introduce clients to additional offerings.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Develop strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction metrics.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
