We are hiring: Sales & Marketing Officer (Full-time)

Experience: At least 3 years in a relevant field.
Work Schedule: 10.00 am – 6:30 pm

Job Responsivilities:
- Proactively contact potential clients via calls and in-person meetings to showcase the value of Clients.
- Vast knowledge about IT related services (Cloud computing, Cybersecurity, Network infrastructure, Data management, Help desk support, and software development, IT Consultant).
- Ensure B2B and B2C objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities for facilities and related outsourced services predominantly in the local market.
- Conduct tailored demonstrations to highlight Client’s features and benefits according to client needs.
- Visit clients and arrange meetings to discuss a product and how to meet the requirements of customers.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance department to ensure client service satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and implement programs to effectively enhance the sales performance.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
- Compile and analyze the sales data to provide a report to the management.
- Expand the business and identify the opportunities.
- Analyze business competitors and market trends and take action accordingly to achieve the target.
Skill & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in IT company, Digital marketing firm will get extra preference.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. Relevant sales or marketing certifications are a plus.
- Capable to quickly learn.
