Abedin Tech is looking for a talented and creative UI UX Designer to join the team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces that are both straightforward and aesthetically pleasing. You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to better understand user demands, perform user research, and turn findings into unique design solutions.
If you are enthusiastic about designing excellent user experiences and have a keen sense of detail, we want to hear from you. This is not a remote UI UX designer jobs. It is a totally on-site job. So if you are looking for a remote UI UX job, this job is not for you. The selected applicant will be able to confidently utilize their UX design talents to construct digital environments for the broadest potential user base. You have to also show a high level of drive, inventiveness, and brand understanding while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.

Outline and coordinate UX projects.
Conduct research and create target personas.

You Are Responsible For:
Translating concepts to user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, for intuitive user experiences.
Creating and implementing a new user experience for consumer-facing web platforms; redesigning consumer-facing web platforms, rebranding initiatives, and creative/strategic design of internal tools.
Playing a strategic role in owning and driving design, as well as partnering with teams to achieve goals.
Presenting and communicating UX/UI recommendations and strategies to executives, developers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities for UX Designer
- Test sample applications, websites, and software to evaluate user experience and ease of design.
- Use the latest studies and conclusions to determine the most effective overall design aspects to incorporate into UX design experiences.
- Create storyboards to conceptualize concepts and effectively communicate project plans to clients and senior management.
- Create surveys for research using multiple media platforms to collect input on customer ease of use and satisfaction when interacting with corporate websites and products.
- Create a product’s or website’s visual design, including menus and drop-down menus, fonts, and colors, and have the flexibility to alter the interface as needed.
- Analyze consumer feedback and website data to investigate high traffic web pages and identify why they perform better.
- Improve the user experience by enabling seamless movement through the company’s numerous digital programs and interfaces.
- Combine interface design ideals with digital design, and set milestones to encourage collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications for UX Designer
- 2-5 years of proven UX design and implementation experience.
- Proficient in visual design software like Adobe Photoshop and others.
- Ability to collaborate successfully in a team setting to design high-performing interfaces for clients.
- Coding experience and troubleshooting skills in HTML, CSS, and other similar languages.
- Continue education and research into user experience trends, as well as contemporary design strategies and technologies.
- Capability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects effectively.
- To overcome challenges, apply problem-solving techniques, and work to maximize data for the best possible outcome.
- Experience in producing storyboards and website mapping.
Skill & Experience:
- Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related job.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in design, computer science, or a related profession (Not Mandatory).
- Strong portfolio of past design jobs.
- Proficiency in wireframe tools like Figma, Wireframe.cc, and InVision.
- Up to date knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders, exhibiting teamwork and great communication skills.
- Good time-management abilities are required to achieve project deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to grasp detailed requirements and build comprehensive user experiences that match client needs. Must be self-sufficient, organized, and adaptive.
- Understanding of UX design best practices for creating solutions, as well as a thorough understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Expertise in doing research to determine the overall viability of a new product concept, as well as to inform design and user experience approaches.
- Experience in working alongside developers to ensure that UX/UI requirements are clear, that the end product fulfills standards, and that issues are resolved.
- A willingness to travel is beneficial.
