Dreamlink Tech offers real-time tracking for fleet owners. Their service also includes driver monitoring and fuel optimization. Currently, they are operating from the UK. 

Our collaboration with Dreamlink Tech started with the development of a lead generation website. After creating the website we activated a PPC campaign that showed a great ROI.

We created a website to optimize user experience. The website showcases their skills in fleet automation and tracking. Furthermore, the website is set up for easy navigation along with access to real-time information which can be incorporated through tools like API. 

The new website made it easier for potential clients to understand Dreamlink Tech’s offerings. We placed the CTA after several A/B tests to get the most demo requests. 

After finishing the website, we ran a PPC campaign targeting their potential customers. 

We also set customized reports to observe how customers interact with the site so that we could improve the ad approach. Retargeting was an important aspect of the strategy. We tended to users who did not complete a purchase but interacted beforehand.

Dreamlink Tech needed a professional website that would attract fleet operators, capture the attention of possible customers, showcase its services and generate leads. We created a custom website designed specifically for conversions that had an optimized user interface and considerable branding. 

The project required more than just having a website. It needed to be engaging, easy to move around on, and had to be set up to capture leads. Our solution blended contemporary design with smart programming in order to accomplish these objectives.

Key Website Features

Since it was not a traditional website that heavily relied on content, we had to think of a different approach from a design standpoint. 

1. Modern & User-Friendly Design

We created a professional design that captures the identity of Dreamlink Tech. The page was designed to funnel visitors towards target actions, such as requesting a demo and learning about the services offered on the website. 

2. Lead Generation Page

We created a Lead generation page to capture visitors who were intent on leaving contact information. The page consisted of a persuasive body copy, a fillable form, and a clear CTA. 

3. Service Showcase with Interactive Elements

To increase user engagement, we also added hover and icon animations and divided the services into animated sections. This made the complex information much easier to understand. 

4. SEO-Optimized Content & Structure

We ensured that the website was optimized for search engines from the start. We applied a clear url structure for better SEO performance. 

Challenges & How We Overcame Them

It was not easy to finalize this website. We had to change the home page several times and placed CTA buttons on several pages after multiple A/B tests. 

1. Communicating Complex Fleet Management Solutions Clearly

Challenge: The marketing of fleet management services includes many details that could scare off potential customers. We had to design the service pages and other pages in such a way that they could talk about their services without overwhelming visitors.

Solution: We divided the services into distinct sections, each with a clear headline, and easy to follow user interface. A combination of interactions and visuals was utilized to highlight features. With the design, the visitors were surely able to understand the benefits effortlessly. 

2. Optimizing for Lead Generation

Challenge: The sole purpose of the website was not to provide information. It had to encourage visitors to make inquiries, request demos, and turn them into leads instead.

Solution: Through a single page, we guided users to take action towards accruing new leads. There was a clear and short copy to encourage potential clients to fill up the form. Moreover, we inserted the phone number for those who want to have direct communication instead of filling the form and waiting.

3. Ensuring a Fast & Responsive Experience

Challenge: Fleet operators use many devices to access websites from desktops, tablets, and even smartphones. An unfriendly or slow website can be harmful to lead conversions as well as engagement.

Solution: We designed and developed the website with a mobile-first approach to ensure it works perfectly on tablets and desktops. We improved engagement and conversion by optimizing the website design for faster page loads. To achieve this, we compressed images, wrote clean code, and implemented caching strategies.

As with any PPC campaign, the launch of the advertisements is only the beginning of the race. Our goal was to capture the fleet operators that possessed high intent, make efficient use of the ad budget, and achieve results that can be tracked. We utilized targeted keyword selection, advanced analytics, and retargeting to build our strategy 

Challenges & How We Overcame Them

Running a PPC campaign for a new website and small niche was not that easy. Our media buying team took the challenge and the result was outstanding.

1. Finding the Right Audience

Challenge: The fleet management niche is relatively small which means that only the true decision-makers and actual businesses needed to be targeted.

Solution: We performed an in-depth audience segmentation analysis to ensure specific targeting. Fleet management solution providers, fleet owners, logistics managers, and transport companies looking for management services make up the target audience for the campaign. We significantly increased ROI while decreasing waste traffic by setting demographic and interest-based filters.

2. Reducing Cost-Per-Click (CPC) Without Losing Quality

Challenge: A PPC campaign can quickly deplete any budget, if not handled skillfully. The main focus was how to maintain a competitive CPC while ensuring that the right audience engaged.

We conducted keyword research to identify high-intent search terms. The campaign targeted fuel management, driver monitoring, and fleet tracking, which are the top-performing keywords. 

3. Retargeting Strategy for Non-Converting Users

We were able to capture most of our leads. For users who only browsed but did not act, we utilized retargeting ads. These ads reminded users of the major advantages and incentives and encouraged direct communication.

4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Optimization

We monitored our metrics in terms of CTR, conversion rate, and bounce rate. We concentrated on the changes that needed to be done within the campaign so that we could get the results we wanted while achieving maximum efficiency.
