AI agents that do multi-step work. Business automation that clears the copy-paste out of your operations. Software, websites and apps engineered around them — plus the search and GEO layer that gets you found by Google and quoted by ChatGPT. We also build and run our own AI products: an AI calling platform, Sellanto, and the plugin that edits this website. That is how you can check we can build yours before you pay us.
Built mostly for clinics and dental practices, home services, property teams, restaurants, education providers, logistics fleets and ecommerce stores — the businesses where the admin has outgrown the people doing it.
$497 — refunded if the report gives you nothing you can act on, credited in full if you build with us. No contract to start.
A free audit is a sales call with a document attached — it is paid for by the project it exists to sell, so it can only ever conclude that you need the project. Ours can conclude that you don't. You deal with the founder on the first call, and you know the name of whoever builds your system.
No list, no drip. One email, from a person.
Abedin Tech is an AI development company and digital marketing agency with offices in Sacramento, California and Dhaka, Bangladesh, founded in 2019 and a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. Our core work is custom AI development — AI agents, voice agents, chatbots and business process automation built for one company rather than configured from a template. Around that we design and engineer software, websites and mobile apps; run QA, testing and dedicated engineering teams; and handle SEO, local SEO and Generative Engine Optimization so businesses get found by both Google and AI assistants. We also build and operate our own AI products — an AI calling platform, the Sellanto AI content engine, a WordPress AI content and SEO plugin, and an open-source ticketing platform whose code is public. We work with clients across eleven US states — California, New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Washington, Massachusetts, Georgia, Colorado, Arizona and North Carolina — and in the United Kingdom. Engagements start with a $497 AI Opportunity Audit, builds start at $2,500, and retainers run $500–2,500 per month.
Generative Engine Optimization is the practice of structuring a website so AI assistants — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode — can quote it accurately and cite it as a source. It overlaps with SEO but optimises for a different unit: not a ranked link, but a self-contained, extractable answer. In practice that means answer-first paragraphs, entity-explicit facts, machine-readable schema, an llms.txt file, and figures an assistant can attribute to a named source. This page is built to that spec — the paragraph above is the answer, the structured data underneath it is the machine copy, and every number on the page traces back to something published.
Two offices, clients across eleven states. Delivery is remote-first — the work happens the same way whether you're twenty minutes from our Sacramento office or three time zones away. Each city below has its own page with local detail.
Also serving clients in the United Kingdom. Not on the list? We work with businesses anywhere in the US — tell us where you are.
Agents we build do different jobs — qualifying leads, moving data between systems, chasing invoices, triaging tickets, answering the phone. This is the phone one, because it is the easiest to watch. A worked example, not a client recording; your own numbers get measured in the audit. The agent handles the conversation inside rules you set — anything it writes back into your business is logged, reversible in one step, and bounded by escalation rules agreed before launch.
Your team left at six. The call comes anyway. It goes to voicemail — and most people who hit voicemail don't leave one. They call the next name on the list.
The agent picks up in your business's name, in a natural voice, with your greeting. No hold music, no phone tree, no "press 1 for reception."
Not keywords — intent. A cleaning on Tuesday. A quote for a driveway. A trial lesson for a nine-year-old. It knows which of your services that maps to.
Live against your actual calendar — not a request form someone reads tomorrow. It offers what's genuinely free, and holds it while they decide.
Confirmation text to the caller. Appointment on your calendar. Contact and transcript in your CRM. You wake up to a booked day, not a missed call.
Two experiments that run entirely in your browser — nothing leaves your device. This is how AI actually reads you, and the same first-pass math we run in a real audit. The switchboard at the top of this page is the third.
Every model first chops your words into tokens. Type below and watch it happen — step one inside ChatGPT, Claude, and everything we build.
The core of what we do is custom AI development — agents, automation and business process automation built for one company, not configured from a template. Everything else on this list exists because AI has to sit inside a working stack: software, apps, QA, data and search. Need people rather than a project? We also run staff augmentation and dedicated development teams — vetted engineers, QA specialists and project managers from our Dhaka delivery office, embedded in your stack and your standups, billed monthly with no lock-in and the same code-review standards as our project work. Most of what we ship runs for clinics and dental practices, home-service companies, property and real-estate teams, restaurants, education providers, logistics fleets and ecommerce stores — the businesses where the admin has outgrown the people doing it.
NEW services don't have their own page yet — those go straight to a quote. Everything else opens its full service page.
Nobody wants a migration. Almost every system we ship sits on top of software the client already pays for — these are platforms we have already connected in shipped work, not a wish list.
A fixed-fee map of where AI actually saves you hours — ranked by payoff, with honest costs beside each one.
One fixed-scope project first: a voice agent, a chatbot, an automation, or your AI visibility layer. Not a platform migration.
Every AI action that changes something waits for a person to approve it. The same human-approval rule our own plugin enforces on this website.
Keep it running and compound it — automation care, voice operations, GEO and SEO working together on the same engine.
The AI-on-WordPress Safe-Adoption Checklist — 18 checks across 5 sections, covering what to lock down before you connect any AI assistant to a live, revenue-generating site. Written from the same rules our own plugin enforces.
Every repeating process in your business, found and counted — then told which one to fix first.
One system, shipped and working: a voice agent, chatbot, automation, or AI visibility layer.
Keep it running and compounding — automation care, voice ops, GEO + SEO on one engine.
Need the foundation first? A fast, conversion-focused site — then bolt the AI on top.
Most agencies sell a discovery call and hand you a slide deck. You get a written report: every repeating process we found, scored on volume and how cleanly AI can take it on, with hours and dollars beside each one — and a single recommended first build with a payback estimate.
Because a free audit is a sales call with a document attached. It is paid for by the project it is designed to sell you, which means it can only ever conclude that you need the project.
Ours is a fixed-fee piece of work with its own deliverable. That buys you one thing a free audit structurally cannot give: the finding that you shouldn't spend anything. It happens, we write it down, and you keep the report.
And if you do go ahead, the $497 comes off your first build — so choosing the honest version costs you nothing.
Two kinds of proof here, both labelled. Client builds — search, ecommerce, PPC and product work with figures published on their own case-study pages. Our own products — the AI calling platform, Sellanto, the WordPress plugin that edits this site, and a ticketing engine whose code is public: clone it, run the suite, check our claims on your own machine. Most agencies can show you one or the other. The last card is marked illustrative — it shows what the $497 audit hands you, not a client result.
The site build, the SEO, the campaigns and the event promotion for a tennis community platform — 1,700+ products with 6,700+ variations, memberships, event calendar, coach directory, podcast hub.
A Japanese restaurant that was invisible outside its own street. Figma design, WordPress build, brand guidelines, then ten months of content and local search work.
Every AI or software system we build has to be right when it is busy, not just when it is demoed. This is the proof, and it is public. An event-driven ticketing platform — nine apps, thirteen services, one seat-lock engine — where every sales channel (web, app, counter POS, agent, partner API) calls the same inventory service. Clone the repository and run the concurrency suite yourself: a hundred thousand simultaneous buyers on a single seat produce exactly one sale, and 187 automated flow checks pass. If a supplier cannot show you something like this, they are asking you to trust a demo.
A production WordPress plugin that lets an AI assistant read and edit your site through MCP + OAuth 2.1 — with an owner approval queue, scoped permissions and audit trails. It runs this exact website.
An agent that calls leads, qualifies them in conversation, answers from a tenant-specific knowledge base, books consultations against a live calendar and follows up by SMS and email — with TCPA compliance enforced in the code, not the training manual.
A Django SaaS that generates social content and powers chatbots on two model providers at once, wrapped in subscription plans, token metering, per-user analytics and audit logging. A real AI product with the cost side solved, not a demo.
A lead-generation site plus a focused paid-search push for a fleet management product with no search presence at all. Analytics, retargeting and content marketing on top.
Live bidding on a server-authoritative clock, with proxy auto-bidding, anti-snipe auto-extensions and row-level database locking so two bids at the same millisecond can't corrupt the result.
Not a client result — an example of the deliverable. Every repeating process in your business gets plotted on two axes: how much of it there is, and how cleanly AI can take it on. Bubble size is hours saved per week. You start top-right and work left.

FounderThe calling system is ours — built here, not licensed and rebadged — and it is the product we put in front of NVIDIA. Separately, a plugin we wrote (the AI Content & SEO Assistant, MCP and OAuth 2.1, with human approval on every change) has been running this website since before we sold it to anyone: 470 automated tests, 609 Plugin Check findings down to zero across six releases. I mention both because it is the only honest way to answer "can you actually build this" — we live on our own builds, in public, where they can embarrass us.
Those two are not the only ones. Sellanto — a Django AI content engine with token metering and audit logging — and a public ticketing engine make four products of our own. That is an unusual thing for an agency to have, and it is the reason we can quote a fixed price on a custom build instead of billing you to learn. You'll deal with me on the first call, and you'll know the name of whoever builds your system. We're not a marketplace — no rotating freelancers, no account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
Custom. We write the agent, the tools it can call, the guardrails and the integrations for your business specifically — the model underneath is OpenAI or Google, the same way a web developer uses a database they did not write. The test of whether a supplier actually builds is whether they ship anything of their own: we run four products we built ourselves — an AI calling platform, the Sellanto AI content engine, the WordPress plugin that edits this website, and an open-source ticketing platform you can clone and run. If a supplier cannot show you a system of their own, you are usually paying agency rates for a no-code template with your logo on it.
Nothing reaches your customer without a human approving it, wherever it matters. Every system we build has an approval step at the points that carry risk — the same principle our own WordPress plugin enforces on this website, where nothing publishes until a person clicks approve. You also get a full audit trail of everything the agent did, one-step undo, and escalation rules agreed up front: what the system handles alone, what it must hand to a human, and what it must never attempt.
Almost never. We build on top of what you already pay for — your calendar, your CRM, your phone number, your website — because nobody wants a migration on top of a new system. The audit maps your existing stack first, and replacing a tool is a recommendation of last resort rather than a starting point. If it has an API, connecting it is usually a day of work, and the audit tells you that before you commit.
A first AI build starts at $2,500 for a fixed scope — a voice agent, a chatbot, a workflow automation or an AI visibility layer — and typically ships two to four weeks after the audit. Running and improving it afterwards is $500–2,500 per month, cancellable on 30 days' notice. The $497 audit that scopes the work is credited in full against the build, so if you go ahead the audit effectively costs nothing. There is no "contact us for pricing" tier: every number is published on this page.
An AI opportunity audit is a written report that maps every repetitive process in your business, scores each one on volume and on how cleanly AI can take it on, and puts realistic time-saved and cost figures against it. Ours costs $497, takes one to two weeks, and ends with a recommended first project you can act on with us or without us. If we find nothing worth automating, the report says exactly that — and you have spent $497 to know instead of $10,000 to find out. The fee is credited in full toward your first build.
A first build takes two to four weeks after a one-to-two-week audit. A voice agent, a chatbot or a single workflow automation all sit inside that window; larger systems get broken into shippable slices so something is live and earning while the rest is built. Anyone promising a working AI system in 48 hours is selling you a template.
A chatbot handles text — website chat, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app — and works best where people are already reading. An AI voice agent answers the phone in a natural voice, holds a real conversation, and books, qualifies or routes the call. Most service businesses lose money on the phone rather than in the chat window, so we usually start there. Both run off the same knowledge base and the same approval rules, so adding the second one later is a small job, not a second project.
For models we build on OpenAI and Google Gemini, hot-swappable, with your spend metered per token so you can see what each workflow costs. For voice we use Twilio, Telnyx and Retell AI as interchangeable backends — you keep your existing number. Around them we work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Shopify, DocuSign, GA4, Search Console, Rank Math, Django, React, PostgreSQL and Docker, with CI on GitHub Actions. Every platform named here is one we have already connected in shipped work, not a wish list.
Usually more than it is for a large one. A solo clinic that misses six calls a week gets a bigger proportional return from a voice agent than an enterprise does, because every recovered call is a visible share of the week's revenue. That is why our entry point is a $497 audit and a $2,500 build rather than a six-figure transformation programme — the maths has to work at small-business scale or we say so in the report.
Yes. SEO, local SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, content, ads, social, web design and ecommerce are all core services, and most clients buy them alongside the AI work. The two halves feed each other: the AI handles the operations, the marketing brings the people. You can buy either on its own.
No. Your content, documents and customer data are used to run your system and nothing else — we do not use them to train models, and we do not pool them with other clients. Where a system needs a model provider such as OpenAI or Google, we use API tiers that exclude your inputs from training, and we tell you in writing which provider handles what. If you would rather a component ran on infrastructure you control, say so at the audit stage and we will scope it that way.
Yes, before anything sensitive changes hands — send yours or ask for ours. Access follows the same principle: we take the narrowest permissions that let us do the work, scoped per system, and we hand back or revoke every credential at the end of an engagement. You own the accounts, the code, the content and the configurations throughout, not just at the end.
Three layers catch it. Anything that touches a customer or money sits behind a human approval step, so it never ships unreviewed. Everything an agent does is written to an audit trail with a one-step undo. And every build ships with monitoring plus a named engineer who owns it — you email that person directly or take a slot in their calendar, and we reply within one business day. We also agree the escalation rules with you up front: what the system handles alone, what it must hand to a human, and what it must never attempt.
You do. The accounts, the data, the configurations, the content and the code are yours, and you keep all of it if you leave. Retainers have no lock-in — cancel with 30 days' notice — and there is no proprietary layer you have to keep paying us for to keep the system running.
Abedin Tech has its head office in Sacramento, California and a delivery office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We were founded in 2019 and are a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. Delivery is remote-first: we work with clients across 17 US metros in 11 states and in the United Kingdom, and we hold calls on your hours, not ours. Contact is by email or by booking a slot in the calendar — we reply within one business day.
Not a discovery deck. You describe what's eating your week; I tell you straight whether AI is the right tool for it. If it isn't, I'll say so on the call and we're done — no follow-up sequence.
Same week, usuallyIf there's something worth mapping, we scope the $497 audit there and then — what we'll look at, what you'll get, when. If there isn't, you've lost half an hour and gained an answer.
No pressure, no expiryOne to two weeks later you get the written report. You can build with us, build it yourself using it, or file it. All three are fine — and the fee comes off the build only if you choose us.
Yours to keep either wayOne fixed fee, one to two weeks, one written report. It names every repeating process you have, scores it, and tells you the single thing to do first. If the answer is "nothing yet," it says that — and you have spent $497 to find out instead of $25,000. A free audit structurally cannot give you that answer.
